My package has been stuck in EME for over 2 months now, please help!

Tracking no. RN670911243GB- I have sent out my package to China 3 months ago and it has been stuck in customs for over 2 months ago. I am not sure what is going on? The company I've sent this to has told me the tax has been paid out so still don't understand why it is still in customs. please help and advise me on what to do?

Hi Marie,

You need to let the company to reflect the problem to the customs or China EMS again and check.
