My package has been stuck for weeks with no updated it’s been almost a month

LY707972146CN I order March 29 and it’s been stuck in the same place for weeks the seller gives me no information. Is my package lost or when do I expect to receive ?

Hi Yesenia,

It's still stuck in Guangzhou, China now. You'd better wait for another 15 days to see if there is any update. If it's still stuck there, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
