My package has been stuck for 9 days

Hello, my package has said “Guangzhou, delivered to the carrier for transportation” for the last 9 days. It had previously been stuck for 5 days before giving any updates. I have not had any updates since 4/02/21 so I’d like to know where my package is or how long I can expect to wait.

Hi Nathan,

If it's sent by e-packet, it usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after it was delivered to the carrier for transportation. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
