My package has been stuck at received by carrier for 15 days

My package LY592595151CN has been stuck for 15 days it’s was shipped out December 15 is there a way to put my apt number d2 on the package. And also am I able to pay extra cause I really need it

Hi Cassey,

It was received by airline on Feb.23 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
