My package was shipped on December 12, 2020 and I still have not received it. On the tracking online it says that it has been Your item has been processed through a facility in GUANGZHOU, CHINA, and has been stuck at that since December 15, 2020. My tracking number is RV523469189CN. Please help I have been waiting for this package for a very long time. I just want to know where my package is and why it is stuck.
