My package has been stagnant for nearly 3 months

Hello, my package has not moved in quite awhile and the tracking number has expired. I would like to know where my package is and if you are able to update the tracking number on it. Thank you.

Hi Caboodles,

If there is no tracking update in tracking result, it means there is no more information for it. It's not normal if you couldn't receive it in three months. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I have contacted the seller and this is not their problem. They have handed the package off to China Post and it was in your possession when the tracking had expired.

The tracking number is CY002923970CN

i ordered a package 2 months ago and everytime i contact the company they tell me to ve patient and i will be updated.
But my order RV371208497CN has been set on transit for 2 months now!
i see because of the virus going on it’s all delayed, but this has taken too much time. when will i be receiving my package or is this a scam?
