My question is this . Its been sitting in China for 63 days as of today . When Can I see it being shipped out . Or can it be return back to the company I ordered the item from So I can get my money back . I been told by the company I ordered from will not return my money because of the fact its been shipped. Well no one can really tell me when it can shipped to me . Since its still in your control . Can you just return it to them. So I can get my money back. Please let me know . If this can be done . I'd like to know why my package is still sitting in Toronto when it should of been on its way to me by now it was supposed to be delivered on Sept 5th ots now the 28th and it's been sitting in Toronto since the 17th I need someone to get ahold of were it's sitting at and let me no when it will be delived because it's way past the delivery date please I need help to see when it will be sent to me thanks

Does this mean that the package had already departed China to the destination? Or, is it still sitting with the airline and waiting for the transportation to fly the package out? Today is April 27, 2020, almost one month after handed to airline. Can you please check and advise the status? Can this be lost ? Thank you.
