My package has been sitting at Shanghai since 5/5/20 and it’s now 5/18/2020. The seller promise delivery on 5/4/20. I haven’t received any updates since. I order the same product twice from China. I received one but not this one. What’s taking this order so long and why is it just sitting at the delivery station in Shanghai. I need an update?! (Tracking LY069443989CN)

It was delivered by airline on July 2 and takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
