Hello, this process is quite common and normal as it may take several weeks for you package to actually arrive, I would considering waiting patiently as your package tracking is still active and in transit.

My tracking number is LY007482673CN, it is stuck st origin post preparing shipment since February 17th. I dont know where the package is. It hasn't updated at all.
