My package has been Dispatched from Office of Exchange for 5 days

Is this normal? How much time should I expect it be there since another package i ordered was there for 3 days.

It didn't pass the check and returned back on Feb.26. It will be checked again. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

Hey, I ordered a package on 20th December (Over 1 month ago) to the UK

When I check the tracking for my parcel (LZ578653088CN) - It keeps being dispatched from the Office of Exchange in Shenyang, and then being returned the following day.

Could you please check what is happening and why the parcel keeps being returned? If things are progressing, I am happy to wait, but if the parcel is stuck I would like to request a refund from the seller.
