My package has arrived to destination country and pending customs inspection since 2021-03-18 08:51
It has been more than 120 days
How can I get my package or my money back?

Hi CLAUDIA BLANCARTE,

Is it stuck in China? It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
