My package AT092417546CN has been cleared from the airport in Portugal on the 31th October but I have no further information of its whereabouts and as not arrived in Aveiro

My package has arrived Portugal Airport (Lisbon I believe) on the 29th, which is the destination country, but it is still there, nothing is recorded afterwords. Today is the 31th and it has not arrived to the destination town which is Aveiro. Can you tell me why there are no news since its arrival in Portugal?
