hi, i bought a 60 set animation markers for about 36 dollars on the 1st of november from touchfive markers, and the china post tracking system says it is still in transit, for 45+ days, ive really been excited for this delivery to come and ive been really disappointed about this situation. also, it says that at the 11th of november the package arrived at the regional sorting center and was returned a few hours later, and ever sense nothing new has happened with the shipment. i am really disappointed with the occured thing, and i am not supposed to pay 36 dollars for absoulutley nothing. this is the worst possible thing that couldve happened. what a shame. my tracking number is LZ433462165CN .

Hi, what happened with my package RV434041481CN? It has been 84 days and although it has been reaching Canada, it's still never been registered on CanadaPost so there is no way for me to ask CanadaPost regarding whereabouts and what happened to my package since it's not registered on their system and it doesn't come up on its website at all. I have been noticing that every packages from abroad especially from China that arrived in Vancouver has never showed any more information than just "arrived at Vancouver" and it's never even registered on CanadaPost too, there is no more information anymore afterwards. Exactly same thing happened with other package RE071594545CN for example. Please explain. Thx

Hello. I placed my order on November 20th and my package has now been stuck in transit for 30 days with no updates for 20+ days. The last update was “Shipment arrived at a hub or sorting center” along with “Arrival at the Destination” and this was on December 1st. I also use AfterShip to track my package and the map shows me it is still in China? So i am very confused. My tracking number is RG020377105CN and i would just like to know what has happened to my package and where it is now. Thank you.
