My package from China to Russia was received on the way but by not me

I've been waiting for a package from China to Russia since October 22. It has only one entry on the Russian post web site - Acceptance October 22. But it can be tracked elsewhere apart from my local post service (CT781312564CN) and it arrived in Russia and was received/delivered on November 20 but not to me. I called the Russian post, they said they saw the only initial status. I went to the local post office to check, they said there was no parcel for me. How could I find out what happened to my package? Thanks!

It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
