My order number is CP421508528CN and LZ595293036CN . I found that these two packages were sent to Canada from January 20 and 22 respectively. It has been almost a week, and I still haven't received any news, and the progress has not been updated. I I called the post office and asked the post office. No one answered, I could only leave a message, but I have not returned the call. I understand that all routes have been delayed due to the epidemic. I mainly want to know when I can receive my parcel. Is my approximate time?

Hi Ella Han,

When they arrive in Jan.20, they are processed by Canada Post. You need to wait for more days to get update.
