My package did not have update for one month after flight arrival

I have a package ship from China on 12/08/2020, Tracking information showed that the flight arrival on 12/11/2020. No new update until now. What does it mean? The package arrived at the New York airport but have not been scanned for over one month? How come? The tracking number is EB734416457CN.

The agent told me that the package should be on a direct flight from Guangzhou to New York. There is no middle location.
It hasn't arrived in the US. It's in the middle location now. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in the US.
