Hi Lam,

It may didn't pass the customs' clearance in Australia. You need to reflect the problem to the seller and let them give you a solution in this case.

Last year I was living in China and I had a laptop sent from Australia to myself in China. Because of Covid19 there has been a long delay in getting the laptop to it's destination. It has not arrived and tracking shows the parcel going to Shanghai and back to Lijiang.
