Hello my package arrived at the 29th of december in a "port". Does it mean it arrived Germany? I called my regional delivery service and they said that they didnt receive anything and said its most likely lost ... Im not sure tho if i should believe it

The package has arrived at a port but it hasn’t moved since. How can I get it to move or are there any updates?
