I made an order on the Carters Outlet website on September 15. On September 18, it was transferred to the courier company CHINA POST.
On October 20, it was recorded in the shipment tracking that the package was delivered with the correct zip code, but no package arrived to us, nor to the neighbors or a nearby building (we checked everything).

According to the tracking information, AM465087231CN was delivered on October 20. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
