Hi Shaquilla,

The seller use CNE express to send it. There is only 'Parcel Infomation Received' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just assigned a tracking code to the order on May 7 but hasn't handed it over to the post office. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
