Hi, my tracking number is RS303111105cn. Please let me know if the package has left China ie. whether it has been sent to an airline. The tracking status says "ghuanghzou exported directly for almost 16 days now. The seller says he shipped items on 17.11. Your early response is appreciAted

The seller shipped the item on Nov. 18 and it left China on Nov. 29. It's sent by air and still in transit to Sri Lanka now.

It reached Sri Lanka on Dec. 23. You'd better contact Sri Lanka Post to ask if it needs you to pick it up.
