Please explain me, why my pack already 1,5 month stay in Beijing? Why China post not send my pack to Ningbo in Zhenjiang? Why I send my pack from Russia to China already 94 days on the way and from this 94 days my pack 80 days in China??? What is wrong? Where I need call ask about it?? Why China post work like this??? And now will be Chinese New Year it’s mean how long time more I need wait my pack??? Somebody can explain me please? I paid money for this, where is my pack ??? CL036171205RU Why nobody help me? It didn't pass the che customs check in Hangzhou and was planned to return back to the sender in Russia. According to the tracking information, it's stuck at the export customs now. It's hard for you to connect the customs in China. I suggest you contact Russian Post to give you a solution in this case.
