My orders haven't been updated in over a month

my orders EB748308381CN and EB749256779CN had been stuck for such long time, I want to know if they're lost or if I should wait. I don't know if I should get a refund or not. I'm so concerned because my friend ordered at the same time and she already got her packages. What happened to mine??

Just wait for more days to get update. They should be reached recently.
