My orders haven't arrived in my country yet.

Hi, I made the purchase of two products at the beginning of August, both were sent to my country on August 9th, on the 19th the tracking updated to "the plane entered the port", and since then it has never been updated. It's been 32 days in total, but the E-packet shipment usually arrives for me in less than 15 days, as these two orders are still not included in my country.
