My order was delivered to a wrong address

Hi,
I placed this order from a seller via DHgate & it should have been delivered to my address 31 Archer Drive, Cheswick Green, Solihull, B90 4LG, UK, however it was delivered on 11th June via Royal Mail to a wrong address in UK, the seller has closed his store more than 2 weeks ago & I can not contact him by any means, I appreciate if you can help, at least I want to know if he has given you my address & accordingly it is the fault of Royal mail to deliver the parcel to a wrong address, or the seller gave you a wrong address & in that case, I can get refunded by DHgate.

I ordered some shoes from you guys and you guys send my order to Utah when I placed my order I have the confirmation receipt that says that I live in Portland Oregon I’ve been waiting on my shoes are over a month now I would really appreciate you guys looking it up and figuring it out or send me my money back this is ridiculous how you you mix up Portland Oregon with Utah you can easily find my address by looking up on your computer my with my email address I would appreciate getting my shoes I would never order from you guys again

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact the courier who delivered it in your country to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

My order was sent to wrong address by sender I put in correct address what do I do to get my order … Post office can’t help me said it’s up to sender

My tracking number is LW254007356CN it was delivered in Richmond, KY but the correct address in East Concord NY. I cannot get ahold of the sender.

I never use china post they have a lot of issues delivering things to the right address in America.if your buying from China better choose speed pack.

I ordered a lg package from DHL gate, posing as Harbor Freight clearance sale. They said they shipped through China Post. Tracking just says delivery at your house, and the name of the town. No address listed of anything. I live in a very small town. Nothing was delivered.

Anyone every get there packages? Seems like this is a repeat issue. Also sent to incorrect address. Must be a scam?

If any of you notice the reply's are all generic maybe AI but Daisy is the main thing to reply and if you notice it's dictation she does not have a good grasp of the English language and every answer is the same! You can't talk to a person and when you contact the seller they give some generic answer, I think China is trying to stick it to all of us! China Post you are worthless as you really cqan't help any of us, we have been scammed by Chinese!
