My order shows no update

Hello, this is first time a seller decides to ship via China post even if I've paid for Cainiao shipping. The problem is since 27 October 2020 the tracking number RV264923353CN he gave me shows no result, he says to that he has shipped my order but even (picked up status) doesn't appear.

There is no tracking information for RV264923353CN at present. Possible reason is that the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it. You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
