my order says logistic order created

I ordered a package on the 11th of April and I got the tracking number sent to me the day after. However when I check the status of my package it only says logistics order created and has said that for about 5 days. Can you please tell me where my package is. The tracking number is LY140211751CN.

LA982996880CN I bought an item on eBay from China. I received the above tracking number on 17 April but nothing since. I have written to seller who has no items for sale at the moment but have received no reply.

Hey my name is shay menorah and I have the same issue as jschulzae. I ordered it at june 7 and got my number the nex day but on june 11th it said logistic order has been created. Now its July 10th and I dont know where my package is. Can u please tell me. My package number is LY301523713CN

Hi Shaymenorah,
There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just assigned a tracking code to the order on June 11 but hasn't handed it over to the post office. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
