My order says it’s been delivered but it has NOT

My order says it’s been delivered but it has not, I have CCTV footage in front of my house and no one has came to deliver it!
I need my AUSTRALIAN tracking number or someone to talk to so I can sort this out now !!!

Hi Ella,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Can someone please advise when my order will be delivered?

I have been trying to track my order 63590000132571701826400 even though it's hard because many sites say that it's not the right order number.

On AliExpress says it was delivered in my country which includes the post that is delivering in my address.

However, when I try to track the order in another sites it says it was delivered in Madrid.

I want to wait a few days until the estimated time that delivers in my actual address but if I can't get my order I can't even open a dispute because my seller doesn't allow me.
