Ordered 2 packages from the same seller. 1 has arrived. The other is stuck on ‘flight departure’ since 31-08-2021.

Hi 123coatesy,

Airline departs on August 31. It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
