I ordered something over two months ago. It got stuck at Guangzhou for a long time.
Then my order has left Guangzhou April 27 and for some reason returned to Guangzhou on May 7 and has been since then stuck there. What has happened? Is it lost?? RV376620121CN

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after Nov. 2, 2019. It usually takes about 40-90 days to be delivered. As it has been over six months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

There should be prolem for its address that makes it couldn't be delivered. You'd better let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11183 to confirm for the address.

My package arrived Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center at 5 September 2021. It's there almost over 2 months. Is everything okay or is there a problem with my package..
It's still stuck in China now. There is few flight to Portugal that makes it delayed. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
