My order doesn't show destination marked as unknown

What I'm I supposed to do cuase the order has been on transit for ten day SY14055659749 please advise me on that regard

It's sent by SUNYOU Express. It's in transit to South Africa now. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in South Africa.
