My letter didn’t arrive to Canada yet and my tracking number isn’t updated

Dear,
I have a question, on 2019 Nov 25th, I have send a letter by China post with tracking number but there is no update on that. The post officer told me that takes two weeks to get to Canada but still not delievered. Can you please check my tracking number and let me know about my envelope situation.

It left China on Dec. 9 and is in transit to Canada now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
