Hi Philip garrick,

LV216403008CN is still stuck in Shanghai now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

LV213120501CN is in transit to New Zealand now. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in New Zealand.
