My item says it was delivered but I have not received it

It shows it was delivered but i never received the package, and theres not much information, just says delivered, but where? because it wasn't at my home or neighbors. I try tracking it with USPS but that number doesn't appears on their system.

Item not received. Tracing no.AM 506726302CN. Even though show as delivered .Take action to deliver the item. I saw that as per tracking the parcel was delivered on 10th september 2024. Tracking AM340899024CN - says GB on 27th April & delivered, but I have not received the item at my home address, can you please clarify. Thank you
