My item posted as delivered but I did not receive my item

Where is my high tomorrow hoarded it's pointed at my heart to me it's been delivered and I cannot find my high tomorrow where it have been delivered to I've been home all day yesterday and Monday and I've been searching and waiting for my item to arrive and it did not arrive and then early in the morning Tuesday morning I checked my check in to see where my item is and my high to my's already been delivered and cannot be found and he says it's have been delivered at 2 something a p.m. and I've been home and I did not see my package delivered what was what is this going to be like how do I get my item back

Hi,
The item i posted was returning products that were fake and miss sold to me by a scammer, I opened the case with paypal and i had to return the items to the scammer to get a refund. The tracking number is RN655403884GB. The item arrived in customs on the 9/06/2020. it is now the 29/06/2020 which is 20 days on and it has not moved. What is happening with my item as I cannot receive the refund i deserve until it gets delivered?
