Hi,

I have sent parcels (tracked and signed for) to china twice in the past month and they have got from the UK to their destination of Chongquing within 10 days. I sent this parcel (tracking number RN394747910gb, last Monday 20 July 2020. It says it left UK Dispatched from Office of Exchange at 08:20 am on July 21 2020. There has been no update since. Normally they arrive in China within 3 days upon leaving the UK. I don't understand why it has not arrived into Beijing yet. Please may somebody help me with this.

My parcel left the UK on 21 July and is yet to arrive in China. The item was going to Chongqing. I have sent parcels to China twice in the past month and both these items got there fine and within 10 days. The latest info on the UK Royal Mail says the following:

Start date: 16 July 2020
Latest update: 17 July 2020
End date: Ongoing
Incident: Flooding

China Post has advised that due to heavy rainfall, the Yangtze river has caused flooding in several provinces through which it flows. This is affecting the transportation of all mail products to and from the provinces listed below, where delays are likely.

Force Majeure has been declared for:
Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Guangxi, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Zhejiang and Guizhou provinces.

Does this mean that my parcel is just delayed?

Please can you look into why it hasn't arrived in Beijing yet.

The description says "information received - Item en route to postal facility'. It has said this for a week on china post and singapore post but USPS has said this for 2 week. So im wondering does this mean the seller has not shipped the item yet or does china post or singapore post has it? The tracking number is LF044289192SG.
