My package has been stuck in China since October 17th and shipping started on September 28th. Why is it always stuck?

Hi Emanuele,

It's normal and is in transit to Italy now. There wil be update after it arrives in Italy. It takes more days. You'd better wait for more days to check again.

An online tracker states my item is stuck in customs awaiting tax payment. Is this something I am expected to pay? Is there an English language contact for me to resolve this with?
