my item i ordered is more than 3 months since ordered

On the 11/4/23 it says AU the express arrives at customs (AU)and awaits clearance, then on 15/4/23 it says Darley the shipment leaves the processing center. and now on the 20/6/23 it has expired. can you help with this please?

Hi Daisy it’s been nearly another month now and still have not received my parcel. Where is it as i need it . Please look into it.thanks

To my experience, it has been lost. In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the packages could be delivered in 75 days in normal. You still could receive it although it's expired in tracking. Better wait for more days to see.
