My item arrived in my Country

Hello, please my item arrived in my country Nigeria since 25th of September 2015 and today is 14th of October and I have not receive the item. What happen? Why don't you provide tracking until the item get delivered. Tracking no: YC828239438YW

Hi Kingsley,

It's usually hard to track the parcel when it leaves China. What's your city? I think it needs some days to deliver to your city after it arrived at your country.

Today makes it 20 days that it arrived in Nigeria. I live in Abuja.
