EMS Tracking No. EE006260882NP still not delivery, could you confirm when it is delivery.
It show delivery attempt, next day attempt delivery, third day delivery attempt.

Hi Raj,

Are you the recipient in China. The delivery was failed for many time, if you are the recipient, you need to contact EMS (customer hotline 11183) as soon as possible to confirm your address and phone number and then ask for a re-delivery. Or, it will be returned back after a week.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
