My EMS package stuck in Zhengzhou

My parcel is delivered using EMS (number LA115459419CN) and it seems stuck in Zhengzhou international airport. When does it go on a plane to reach the destination country?

Note: the package was not received by the post service in the destination country either, so it must still be in the airport in Zhengzhou.

Hi Umami,
It's still in China waiting for the flight now. It was delivered by airline on August 26 and takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Thank you. I hope it's not going to take 60 days to board the flight. Other websites suggest that parcels following similar routes took about 11 more days before being delivered to the buyer.

My package has been being “Presented To Customs” in Zhengzhou since the 29th of October. Any update or reason for this?

My tracking number is LY944840808CN it said it has been dispatched from office of exchange, What does that mean? Another site said it had been departed directly. Please help I really need to get this by Christmas.
