RE053420000KR, destination address is Ulaanbaatar,Mongolia. how to contact them without call center because I couldnot give touch with them, line is wrong.

Hi VLP,

Hohot is the city in Inner Mogoila, China. I thought the address may have some problem as tracking information shows the destination country is China. So, it couldn't transited to the correct place.
