Hello could u send me any more information about my delivery like order number ( bar code ) from DHL or something like this cuz delivery it’s lost, on tracker I have ready delivered but I don’t get any packages, I was in post office but without any other delivery number I don’t nothing
I have just a this “ AQ015703337CN“

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Netherlands. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I sent a package with the EMS service from Tasmania to Guangzhou a month ago. At first there was a problem with at the customs because the receiver had to pay a tax , once I paid the tax the update on the tracking website said it was ready for delivery and after 10 further days of wait and keep trying to get some real person support the chat support service says the system says it’s lost.

My delivery claims to have been delivered on 31st October at 4.55pm but no delivery was received or attempted on this day, or the previous days that it was ‘out for delivery’. Please could you advise where this has gone, whether this has been stolen by a driver. As no neighbours have this and the address was correct.
