My courier still not reach to me.

I courier my luggage from Taigu county, Taiyuan, Shanxi to Hyderabad, Pakistan. In December 2019 under this courier number (CP352715522CN) but still, I do not get my luggage. My luggage is very important. I was a doctoral student at Shanxi Agricultural University. Now I am in Pakistan. Please help me. My friends' complaint China Post office on my behalf several times at Taigu post office but they did not response them and their behaviour was not good. I am disappointed and very sad.

It didn't leave China and was returned back to the sender on Dec. 30.
