The confirmation time on my order has expired, is it still on it's way or should I open the dispute

I also have another package I haven't had an update on since April

Hi BC,

Both LY201267840CN and LN853841579CN are in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update from the last update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I have a delivery confirmation for LS347045904CN and did not receive my package. I reached out to my local post office and they indicate a 6ounce package was delivered at my mailbox for this delivery confirmation.
