My China post parcel has not moved in 11 days after being shipped on tracking

My parcel was shipped on July 3rd and the day is now July 12th and there has been zero updates on the tracking and my parcel hasn’t moved. It has just been stuck on saying “China post has received mail in transit” so could you please help me find out where my package is please thanks.
