It's not normal that it's stuck at the facility for two months. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Product ordered 3/30/2021 and it still has not left China, Fuzhou EMS. As you can see package has been “processed through Facility on 3/30/2021 and the most recent update almost TWO months after entering facility. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
