I have a brand new address and i am the first owners. My address is in the USPS database by t does now show up in the aliexpress database. So all my orders are sent to an incorrect address that does not exist and ends up returned to sender. How do I get the logistics company and aliexpress to update my address in their database?

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I need to send an item back to AliExpress that is worth $235 and I'm not sure if AliExpress or the seller gave me this address. There is more than 1,200 bad feedback on the Better Business Bureau about AliExpress and sellers not given the correct address, causing people to lose thousands of dollars. Thank you

I had ordered some goods via Aliexpress and unfortunately forgot to indicate my P.O Box address.
I however have indicated my street address, email address and phone number. Is it possible for you to send my goods to a postal office near my street address as I had been adviced by one of the sellers? Or is it possible to contact me to pick up the goods from anywhere around the country.
