I ordered this almost 2 months ago. It has been sitting in the facility for a month. I understand COVID is causing massive delays which is why i waited an extra month before I started make inquiries. It is a small package and a gift. I need it to finally be moved out of that facility.

e-packet takes about 30-60 days to be delivered. You can only wait for more days to see it arrives in the US.

As of 24 OCT, I have waited 30 days. I have NEVER had issues with this company and I have been ordering from them since 2008. I even got TWO orders from them since APR 2021 with no issues from China Post. This is unacceptable. Just release the gift so I can give someone a VERY LATE birthday gift.
