Where is the location for the Modesto processing center? Is it in the United States or China?

I just found out, Modesto is *not* a processing center. Although china post says "leaving Modesto" today my seller found out it is the SHIPPER. MODESTO IS THE COURIERS NAME. So now im trying to go down that rabbit hole. Because technically that still doesn't help us locate our package.
